Ipoh Casket Funeral Undertakers prides itself on being active and committed to the community in which we live and work in. In our line of work we have seen many Unclaimed bodies by definition a body is classified as “unclaimed” when no family, friend or community member comes forward to organize their funeral and either the police or the hospital cannot identify a next of kin and nobody is coming forward to retrieve/claim them.

Most of these unclaimed bodies are of Indian origin, and some were foreigners. We have also notice in some cases these bodies were of vagrants, HIV sufferers and drug addicts who were disowned by their families.We do have small percentage of bodies which were from families that were too poor to afford proper funerals.

In such circumstances, Ipoh Casket & Funeral Undertaker will perform a simple burial for the unclaimed bodies (or body parts) and offer prayer ceremony and our goal is to actively participate in assisting the needy.
